Eva is a beautiful, modern, minimalist-style villa, equipped with all the modern comforts. The villa is situated 4 km from Sorrento in one of the most exclusive and panoramic areas. Eva has 6 bedrooms for a maximum of 16 people. All the bedrooms have a private bathroom, panoramic balcony, television, WIFI internet connection and air conditioning. Whereas the bathrooms have a double washbasin, hair-dryer. The kitchen, which is panoramic, has an ultra-modern induction cooker, steamer, induction wok, two fridges, espresso machine and dishwasher. The living-room has a spacious and sunny lounge area with indoor and outdoor areas, a dining-room and a beautiful terrace with sea view, perfect for having an afternoon drink. In the garden surrounded by olive trees and fruit trees, you will find the private swimming pool (4x7.5m) and adjacent to the pool is the patio equipped with table and deck chair. The villa is ideal for a relaxing holiday with all the comforts. The guests will find a welcome basket upon arrival. Chef service on request as well as extra cleaning service.

GROUND FLOOR: spacious living room with satellite TV and dining area with table, access to outdoor area furnished with sofas and table for eating al fresco.  Well-equipped kitchen with large window offering panoramic views of Sorrento and access to the terrace; 1 bathroom with WC and washbasin; laundry room with washing machine and tumble drier.  2 double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom with shower; 1 twin-bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.  All the bedrooms and the living area have access to the garden.  On the ground floor there is also a concealed double bed accommodating two more people.
FIRST FLOOR: master bedroom with spacious en-suite bathroom featuring 2 washbasins and a whirlpool bathtub/shower with access to the panoramic terrace; 2 double bedrooms, one of which has beds that can be separated, each with en-suite bathroom, one with bathtub and one with shower.  All the bedrooms have access to the furnished panoramic terrace. It is possible to add a single bed (suitable for a child) in two of the bedrooms (one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor) so the property can sleep a total of 16. The whole villa is surrounded by a private garden; 2 private parking places.
