This charming old country residence is situated very close to the seaside town of Santa Caterina, immersed in the peaceful countryside of Salento. The house is simply, practically and pleasantly furnished and has all the necessary amenities. It is surrounded by a large garden that includes a beautiful swimming pool (7.5 x 16 m) and several equipped areasf or the use of guests. The little seaside town of Santa Caterina is around 2 Km away and has a small sandy beach as well as tiny rocky coves that offer easy access to the sea. There are several splendid beaches and small rocky coves situated just a short distance away from the house such as, for example, Santa Maria al Bagno, with its wonderful sandy beach and, slightly to the north, the Parco Naturale di Porto Selvaggio, famous for the crystal waters of its bay and fresh water springs. Visitors have to park on the road and walk along a shaded pathway to reach the Nature Park. The town of Gallipoli, with its splendid, long sandy beaches, is 15 Km away. Lecce, famous for its baroque architecture, is less than 30 minutes away by car (around 30 Km). The nearest food store is 600 meters from the house. The airports of Brindisi (80 Km) and Bari (190 Km) can be easily reached via the excellent four lane motorway. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms and the dining room. All the double beds can be separated to make single beds.

MAIN HOUSE GROUND FLOOR: large living room, dining room, kitchen-dinette with oven, freezer, dishwasher and microwave, 2 double bedrooms with bathroom and shower, 1 twin bedroom leading into a double bedroom with bathroom and shower (this bedroom is accessed via the twin bedroom or directly from the garden).
ANNEX GROUND FLOOR: 1 double bedroom with small hob and bathroom with shower, 1 suite consisting of day area with small hob, 1 double bedroom with bathroom and shower and a mezzanine floor with two single beds. The two bedrooms can be accessed directly from the garden but are not connected to each other indoors.
