Lorette

Lorette is a historic old residence that dates back to the 1700s and consists of three distinct buildings: the Main Villa - Villa Padronale, Villa Vedetta and Villa Granai which is an independent structure situated near the swimming pool.  The property is located in the heart of Le Marche, a splendid region in Central Italy that overlooks the Adriatic. The villa and its annexes have recently been meticulously renovated, thus restoring the property to its ancient splendour and making it the ideal place for unforgettable holidays characterized by relaxation and tranquillity. The interiors are comfortable, welcoming and tastefully furnished.  All the bedrooms have satellite TV and many of them can be converted from double to twin bedrooms with separate beds. Outside, the complex is surrounded by a beautiful park.  Just a short distance away from the villa, around 60 meters, there is a beautiful 7x12 meter swimming pool with spacious solarium. There is a small church adjacent to the villa. Due to its size and accommodation capacity, this complex is particularly suitable for holding events of every kind, and weddings. There are many seaside resorts just a 40/50 minute drive away such as, for example, Civitanova Marche, Porto Recanati, or the splendid little towns of  Numana and Sirolo, overlooking the sea on the slopes of Mount Conero, a very attractive destination for nature lovers from where it is possible to walk to some beautiful little beaches and bays set amidst the rocks. The Terme di Tolentino are just 15 minutes away and the airport of Ancona Falconara is around 1 hour away . 4 km from the property is San Severino Marche which has all kinds of stores. Only small dogs are allowed in the house.  For medium/large dogs, an enclosure is available, divided into three separate areas.  There is air conditioning in the Villa Padronale and Villa Granai (in Villa Vedetta there are air coolers).  Wi-Fi internet connection. The swimming pool is provided for the exclusive use of the guests.

MAIN VILLA: Ground floor: spacious arched room which, where necessary, can be used for events or as a large dining room. First floor (Piano Nobile): living-room with satellite TV; kitchen/dining-room with table seating 8 people, fireplace and refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, oven; 1 double bedroom with possibility of adding 2 single beds and en-suite bathroom with shower; 1 double bedroom with possibility of adding 1 single bed and en-suite bathroom with shower; 1 double bedroom with possibility of adding 1 single bed and en-suite bathroom with shower; 1 double bedroom and en-suite bathroom with shower; living-room with small kitchen and double sofa-bed; 1 double bedroom with possibility of adding 1 single bed and en-suite bathroom with shower; 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower; 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. Mezzanine: kitchen/dining-room with oven, refrigerator with freezer; 1 double bedroom with one single bed; 1 bathroom with shower (located immediately outside the bedroom); 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.

VILLA VEDETTA: Ground floor: 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower (bathroom suitable for disabled guests); lounge/dining area and small kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher. First floor: 1 double bedroom with double sofa-bed and en-suite bathroom.  Opposite this room there is another apartment consisting of a small lounge/kitchen with double sofa-bed and en-suite bathroom with shower; spiral staircase leading to 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower.

VILLA GRANAI : Ground floor: living-room with satellite TV; kitchen/dining-room with refrigerator, freezer and oven; lounge; 1 double bedroom with bathroom (suitable for disabled guests); living-room with double bed and bathroom with shower.  In the living-room it is possible to add 2 single beds. First floor: 3 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and shower.
