This beautiful country residence is immersed in the valley of Civita di Angelica, in the ancient Etruscan land called Tuscia.  Just a short distance away from Orvieto, Viterbo and Lake Bolsena, you will be greeted by a wonderful natural garden filled with age-old olive trees, chestnuts and oaks, cradled by the unique and bygone atmosphere of the Calanchi Valley of Angelica. You can experience the magic of the ancient rural atmospheres inside the walls of this old farmhouse distributed over two floors that has been renovated and furnished according to the criteria of the period without renouncing modern standards. From the 3 hectares of parkland surrounding the property it is possible to admire the Calanchi Valley against which the unmistakable profile of Civita di Angelica stands out.  The latter, with its beauty and history that began with the Etruscans, passing through the Roman Empire and the Papal States, is just one of the many stunning tourist destinations in the area.  In the vicinity are Lake Bolsena, the biggest volcanic lake in Europe, Viterbo, a papal city until 1281, the Splendid Orvieto with its cathedral, a masterpiece of Gothic architecture, and the delightful Bomarzo Park of the Monsters.  Plus: Rome is less than an hour away and Florence two hours.  The garden with a 5 x 10 meter swimming pool provided with deck chairs and beach umbrellas has a barbeque area. The strategic position in the uncontaminated Calanchi Valley of Angelica, offers the possibility of enjoying excursions by foot or on mountain bikes amidst the furrows and streams in a truly unique fairy-tale landscape.  Moreover, the nearby riding stables offer a chance to fully experience the contact with nature. Upon arrival guests will receive a welcome pack with some basic essentials.

Ground floor: living-room with SKY/TV, dining area, kitchen with oven, freezer, dishwasher and fireplace; from the kitchen a step leads down to a double bedroom with bathroom and shower.

First floor: 1 double bedroom; 1 twin bedroom; 1 bathroom with shower.  The bedrooms on the first floor are air-conditioned. Outside the house there is a small structure with washing machine.
