The Crete Senesi, to the south of Siena, is an area of stunning landscapes, with gentle hills interrupted by magnificent erosional phenomena to create beautiful open panoramas. In the spring it is a green mantle rippling in the breeze, in the summer it is a golden expanse of wheat and in autumn the gray of the plowed soil predominates. The farmhouse is situated 6 Km from Buonconvento inside a vast property in a peaceful, uncontaminated position on the top of a hill which offers beautiful views of the Crete Senesi. It is furnished with taste and personality, with a combination of furnishings in different styles in the various rooms.  The spacious kitchen has an oven and dishwasher.  Outside there is a covered veranda with table and chairs for eating “al fresco”. The whole farmhouse has air conditioning and WI-FI internet connection. In the large garden, in addition to the 10 x 5 m private swimming pool with deck chairs and sunbeds, there is a covered patio with a comfortable lounge. Buonconvento has all kinds of shops and supermarkets.  The farmhouse is 30 Km from Siena and 90 from Florence.  A visit to the Abbey of Monte Oliveto Maggiore just a few kilometers away is a must.  In Montalcino (13 Km) it is possible to taste Brunello wine in the numerous wineries and wine shops. The whole area has lots of restaurants offering excellent local cuisine.

GROUND FLOOR: spacious kitchen with dishwasher; dining room; 2 double bedrooms (the beds can be separated) with 2 bathrooms with shower. FIRST FLOOR: spacious living room; lounge with fireplace; 2 double bedrooms and bathroom with shower (the beds can be separated); the two bedrooms have a structure above the bathrooms with a small lounge and single sofa bed each. Laundry with washing machine in external structure. Outside there is a patio with lounge facing the swimming pool and a patio with external table on the kitchen side. The whole property has air conditioning.
