An ancient medieval tower situated on the hills 8 kilometers away from Todi, a small medieval town of a unique beauty and elegance, which stands on top of a hill overlooking the enchanting Tiber valley and is famous for being considered the most livable town in the world. This period residence, located on a hill, offers an extraordinary view of the surrounding landscape and the whole Tiber valley. The tower is surrounded by a centuries-old park and a garden enriched with a large and valuable collection of antique roses. Also immersed in the greenery is the small church dated 1700 which is particularly suitable for all types of religious celebration. For outdoor relaxing there is a beautiful and panoramic terrace on the top of the tower, a large park of centuries-old trees with furnished corners and a modern pure design swimming pool (3 x15). The recent renovation work has made it possible to create large areas fitted with all mod cons.  Each room maintains the original structural features with terracotta flooring, exposed beams, stone fireplaces, old doors and special furnishings placed alongside family and design pieces. The whole tower is served by a lift/elevator and has WI-FI internet connection. A daily cleaning service is provided and a mid-week change of the bedroom and bathroom linen.  All the bathrooms contain linen, a hair dryer and a courtesy line of organic products.  Guests are provided with swimming pool towels which are changed mid-week. It is possible to request a chef service and the preparation of breakfast. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms and communal areas. The parking area inside the property can accommodate 6/7 cars.  

Ground floor.  The main entrance to the tower on the ground floor leads into a large space with walls and flooring in original XIII –XIV century travertine.  There is a fully equipped kitchen adjacent to the large reception room which is perfect for breakfasts, lunches and suppers.  A beautiful square room with stone walls has been furnished as a lounge with design pieces and is perfect for reading and relaxing.
FIRST FLOOR: to be passed through in order to reach the design staircase at the center of the tower. SECOND FLOOR: Two spacious suites which can also be accessed via the lift/elevator.  The first suite consists of a double bedroom with TV and mini bar; bathroom with shower; elegant and comfortable lounge for reading.  It enjoys a panoramic view of the Umbrian countryside.  The second suite has a double bedroom with king size double bed and a large closet with mirror; bathroom with hydro-massage and shower; reading room, TV, mini bar.
THIRD FLOOR: Accessed by the lift/elevator as well as the staircase, this approximately 120 sq. meter floor has a day area containing a fully equipped spacious kitchen which is particularly suitable for cookery courses.  A bright dining room with a large table seating 12 positioned in front of a beautiful sandstone fireplace used for lunches and suppers with the chef.  The bathroom with shower has an enormous panoramic window looking onto the internal garden.  In the night area there is a very cozy bedroom with double bed, desk and closet; a double bedroom with queen size bed decorated with lots of works of contemporary art.  The large bathroom, which has maintained medieval architectural details, has both a bathtub and a hydro-massage shower/sauna.
FOURTH FLOOR: Accessed by the lift/elevator as well as the staircase, this approximately 120 sq. meter floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen which is useful for lunches and suppers organized on the terrace, a bathroom with shower cubicle and a welcoming and spacious living-room with fireplace.  The night area has two double bedrooms (one with French-style bed) which are very cozy and furnished with valuable fabrics.  The spacious bathroom has a double washbasin, hydro-massage bathtub, design shower for two and relax area.
TERRACE: the large terrace reached via an easy flight of stairs is a truly spectacular observation point for viewing the valley. A table seating 12, lounges and cushions make this a very habitable and attractive space.
