Vincenzo 12 is a traditional 17th century farmhouse which was completely renovated in 2004.  It is situated within a large private park (120 hectares) amidst gentle hills and green lawns which also contains a famous golf course.  It is located between the art cities of Padua (20 Km) and Vicenza (38 Km), and also offers magnificent views of the Euganean Hills. The rural atmosphere is combined with the charm and elegance of an historic family residence without forgoing the necessities of modern day life: air conditioning, satellite TV, DVD player, Hi-Fi Stereo, Wi-Fi internet connection, washing machine and tumble drier, barbeque.   The bedrooms are filled with light and have air conditioning with independent thermostat as well as private bathrooms with bathtub or shower. The kitchen is also very functional and equipped with dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, freezer, oven, microwave, American coffee machine, kettle, toaster. Mosquito screens on all the windows. Guests can spend hours of absolute tranquility in the private swimming pool (8 m x 16 m) or under the spacious porch or in the large and luxuriant fenced garden with aromatic plants and seasonal vegetables.   The park that surrounds the villa offers unique naturalistic routes, beautiful itineraries that unwind along the paths and include the most characteristic places: the cave, the bamboo thickets, the small neoclassical temple. Guests can visit the caves for free every Thursday at 10 a.m. accompanied by the appropriate staff. The villa is also suitable for celebrating events and weddings; there are very interesting food and wine itineraries to enjoy all over the Euganean Hills.
