The villa is possible to rent also in the winter month because it offers heating through air-conditioning in the living areas and all bedrooms, the bathrooms are equipped with electric heaters. It is a nice choice for the spring school holiday with children but also possible to rent for long term between November and March.

The villa is ideal for families but also very comfortable for 3 coupels because it offers 3 double bedrooms witch each en-suite bathrooms and much privacy thanks to the fenced premises. The villa has a beautiful lawned garden with gravel and trees and a sunny pool and terrace the whole day long.

Arrival between 16:00 - 20:00. Departure between 8:00 - 10:00.By a check-in later than 20:00 or a check-out earlier than 8:00 there is an extra service fee of 25 euros to be paid to the keyholder in cash.
The security deposit is to be paid by the arrival to the keyholder in cash, it will be returned by the departure.
