This holiday villa offers a heated pool, ideal for spring and autumn school holidays for families. The pool heating is also nice for babies in the summer. The pool is fenced all around, making it safe for toddlers. The villa has a large, gated garden, fun for the kids to play. The villa is located at walking distance 250 m from the beach Praia dos Alemaes in the center of Albufeira, easy to walk with the stroller. At this villa a travel cot and a high chair is available (for children until 2 years) on request, free of charge.
 
The villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The accommodation offers privacy, a pretty, lawned garden with trees and a very nice pool. Beach and all facilities are at walking distance, airport transfer on request possible, no car needed for the holiday!

The security deposit is to be transfered at least 1 week before the arrival. It will be returned via bank transfer within 8 days after the departure.
