• The availability of this villa is on request, it will be confirmed within 24 hours of the booking request.
• This is a family holiday villa. Group of youngsters under 25 years is not welcome.
• Non smoking accommodation. Pets are not allowed.
• The pool heating is optional, to be paid extra. It should be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
• Arrival between 16:00 - 24:00. Departure between 0:00 - 10:00.
• The security deposit is to be transfered at least 1 week before the arrival. It will be returned via bank transfer within 8 days after the departure.
