The villa is situated above the Marina of Albufeira (yacht harbour), close to restaurants and cafes, shops and supermarkets, at walking distnace 500 m from the Old Town and 1.2 km from the central beach Praia dos Pescadores in Albufeira.

The house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The accommodation offers a garden with trees and a beautiful pool. 

Please, note: this is a holiday villa for families and responsible adults above 25 years of age. Group of youngsters under 25 years are not welcome.

Nearest beach "Praia dos Pescadores" 1.2 km, Albufeira Marina 500 m, Albufeira Old Town 500 m, supermarket 800 m, restaurant 600 m.

Particularities:
This is a holiday villa for families and responsible adults. Group of youngsters under 25 years are not welcome.
In the high season the obligatory changeover day at this villa is SATURDAY.
The security deposit is to be paid in cash by the arrival to the keyholder, it will be returned by the departure.
Check-in from 16:00. Check-out before 10:00.

Payment terms:
Payment only possible with bank transfer or with credit card via PayPal (5% transaction fee applies).
Deposit payment is 30% of the rental fee, to be paid within 24 hours of receving the invoice.
The final payment is 70% of the rental fee, to be paid 60 days before the arrival.
By bookings with an arrival date within 60 days the full amount is due within 24 hours of the booking.
Payments are non refundable.
