The villa is located in an extremely panoramic position on the gulf of Sorrento, three kilometers from the city center, with a view of the gulf and the island of Capri. It is enclosed within a large 10,000 square meter park and surrounded by orchards, olive trees and vegetable gardens as well as gardens in bloom which stretch down towards the sea with extraordinary panoramic views. The 8 x4 m. swimming pool (depth 1.50 m) is located on the terracing below, surrounded by a large solarium fully furnished with sun beds and deckchairs. In a corner of the garden there is a gym with a small Turkish bath, Technogym treadmill, exercise bike and other equipment. There is an area for taking relaxing breaks and a space for dining al fresco with gazebo and outdoor kitchen, barbecue and wood burning oven; guests may request the use of produce from the vegetable gardens. Breakfast, which is included in the price, will be personalized according to the preferences expressed by the clients when they arrive at the villa. The rooms are cleaned daily, the linen is changed every three days and upon the departure of each client; moreover, bathrobes, beach towels and complimentary toiletries are provided. Free wi-fi in every room of the villa, the whole villa is air conditioned. Laundry and ironing service provided on request. The presence of one or more members of staff is guaranteed in the villa from 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.  The concierge, who stays in a small annex in the park, oversees the villa all day and can be contacted, for emergencies, at any time. The following services can also be booked in advance according to availability: catering; cookery courses; shuttle bus service; hiring of 13 meter boats with skipper. Bagni della Regina can be reached by walking down a short slope (a walk of around 15 minutes) following the signs for Ruderi Romani ,uncontaminated nature, crystal clear water and breathtaking landscapes; for those who prefer more comfort, just continue for a few hundred meters until you reach Lido la Solara with sunbeds, restaurant.

The villa is distributed over three floors.  On the ground floor there is a large lounge with dining area and a professional kitchen; one part is available to guests whereas the presence of the staff is necessary in the more professional area. The very tasteful high-quality furnishings include important paintings.  Scrupulous attention is paid to detail making every guest feel completely relaxed and at ease. There are three luxurious suites and a double bedroom interspersed with elegant living rooms. The villa is completely air conditioned, on the-ground floor there are two spacious suites, the first (60 sq. meters) consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with double sofa-bed, a large bathroom with shower, satellite TV, mini bar and a view of the sea and the gardens. The second suite (50 sq. meters) also consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with double sofa-bed, a large bathroom with shower, satellite TV, mini bar and a view of the sea and the gardens. The third suite (150 sq. meters) is located on the first floor.  It has a lounge, double bedroom, a separate bedroom with single bed and a large bathroom with big shower cubicle, walk in closet, mini bar, satellite TV and 40 sq. meter terrace from which it is possible to admire views of Vesuvius and the Gulf of Naples. On the second floor there is a 20 sq. meter double bedroom with a splendid panoramic view, mini bar and satellite TV, balcony with view of the garden, stairs lead to the bathroom with shower and a large 40 sq. meter panoramic terrace.
