Thomas

Thomas is located in the countryside between Ostuni and Ceglie Messapica, city of art and land of gastronomy, one of the most ancient cities in the region.  The village enjoys beautiful views of the Apulian countryside and architectural marvels.  This area is also famous for its gastronomical culture: Apulian cuisine finds its maximum expression here.  In Ceglie Messapica it is possible to find lots of venues where visitors can savor the region’s typical dishes. Thomas is located inside a 60,000 sq. meter olive-grove. The villa consists of a group of trullos, lamias and other buildings which have been rebuilt using traditional techniques.  The furnishings are craft made, using salvaged materials and have a contemporary design.  The villa is surrounded by a garden of around 1,000 sq. meters with a lawn containing various plants, a 14 m x 7 m heated swimming pool, a courtyard with pergola, a barbecue, two terraces (one in front of the house and one on the roof) all featuring various pieces of garden furniture.  The large covered Pergola is comfortably furnished with all the necessary garden pieces and is the ideal place for enjoying ‘al fresco’ meals.  Car parking space inside the property. There are two buildings: a main one which more or less consists of various communal areas (kitchen, dining room, trullo for resting/reading, study, lounge and library) and two bedrooms (with double bed) and two bathrooms (one inside the large bedroom).  In the second building there are another two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with twin beds (or double bed if requested) each of which have their own private bathroom. All the necessary mod cons can be found inside, air conditioning, internet access with WI FI connection, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The nearest beaches are around 20 Km away.  There are general food stores located near the villa.  Ostuni is 13 Km away.

Ground floor: the main building contains all the numerous communal areas including the fully equipped independent kitchen, dining room and lounge. The nighttime area has two double bedrooms each with its own bathroom/shower. The second building has an additional two bedrooms, one has a double bed and the other has a double bed that can be turned into two single beds.  The two bedrooms each have a bathroom with shower.
