This beautiful 15th century villa has recently been carefully and tastefully renovated. It  is an important building in terms of the architecture as well as the interior furnishings which consist of beautiful furniture and period pieces..  From the garden of the villa a small romantic bridge leads to a beautiful, secluded clearing with a 4 x 8 meter swimming pool. Near the vegetable garden is a barbecue area where guests can organize outdoor meals under the shade of the ancient trees. The property is around 25 Km from Florence and 6 Km from the Mugello, in a small, peaceful valley surrounded by woods and small plots of cultivated land.  Both Florence and the Mugello can be easily reached by car or using the convenient local train which goes directly to the city center. Borgo San Lorenzo, which has all kinds of shops, is 6 Km way.  Around 15 Km away is Lake Bilancino which offers water sports and there is also a golf course a little further on. Visitors can organize interesting trips and trekking excursions with varying degrees of difficulty in the surrounding hills.  There are many typical “trattorias” throughout the area where it is possible to savor the traditional local cuisine. Pets are allowed in the property but not inside the residences.  However, they can be kept in a special enclosure located in the garden behind the villa.  There are parking spaces in the internal courtyard.  Internet connection ( Wi-Fi). The rental price of the Villa includes domestic help for 8 hours a day (2 people for 4 hours) from Monday to Saturday, and end-of-stay cleaning.  On request, these employees can also prepare breakfast, cook lunches and suppers consisting of  typical Tuscan dishes and wait at the table.  These services are to be paid for on site. Use of the laundry room is reserved for the domestic staff.

Furnished outdoor area at the rear of the villa with table and barbecue area/wood-fired oven. Guests can choose which of the 7 rooms available they wish to stay in.
