The villa is situated near Casalguidi (1.5 KM.), a small town in the Tuscan countryside which has all the necessary amenities. It is surrounded by a large olive grove (10 hectares) and has a fenced private swimming pool (6 x 12 m) with changing rooms and panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.  Om one side of the villa there is a large plaza with ornamental citrus plants. Various furnished outdoor areas are available to the guests: a gazebo with dining table seating 8 people, a lounge, pleasant furnished gazebos, beach umbrellas and deckchairs by the swimming pool, in addition to the solarium area. Indoors the villa is tastefully furnished in a classic style with attention to detail.  The sitting-room, with piano, and the bedrooms have air conditioning, the kitchen is well-equipped with dishwasher, electric oven, icrowave. The villa also has Wi-Fi internet connection, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. It is accessed via an electric gate and along an independent avenue.  Maximum security is guaranteed by the night watchman service and the alarm system. The first floor of the villa is closed and will not be accessible during the stay. The villa is 12 Km away from Pistoia, 22 Km from Montecatini Terme and 46 Km from Florence. There are numerous restaurants all over the area where it is possible to enjoy the excellent Tuscan cuisine.  

GROUND FLOOR: bright and spacious living area, with direct access to the external farmyard through the French windows.  This room is furnished in a classic style with sofas, fireplace, piano, elegant carpets and dining table for 6 people; bathroom with shower and an anteroom with wooden stairs leading up to the loft on the upper level with double bed, air conditioning and large balcony. A second living area, furnished in a rustic style with armchairs, fireplace and dining table for 6 people. Next to this area there is a fully equipped kitchen (with electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and table); three double bedrooms, two of which with en suite bathroom (the first with shower and the second with shower and bathtub); one of the bedrooms leads to a twin bedroom with little privacy, suitable for children. Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outdoor gazebo furnished for eating al fresco; separate barbecue area.
